Riserva Cambrugiano Verdicchio di Matelica

This went down too fast. Lovely nose, well balanced. Not long or too complex but complete and, mostly, addictive.

Love this wine , the perfect Verdicchio di Matelica ! Citrus , honey , minerals , very long ! Excellent

Nose : smoke.

Palate : elegantly tropical. Mineral. Nice balance. Hint of oak ? Yes. Oak. Oaky.

N: ripe lemon, brine, stone, fresh herbs
P: + grapefruit and tangerine skin , peach, star fruit, little bit of Leesy texture, almond skin, lots of stone and minerality

16/20 (88/100) Аромат персиков, нектаринов, лимонов, яблок и груш с легкой древесной нотой. Умеренная тельность, относительно невысокая кислотность. Вкус отстаёт от аромата, здесь больше зелёных овощей и цитрусовых. Легкая горчинка. В целом, весьма неплохо.

Mycket kvalitativt italienskt vitt. Väldigt balanserat. Medelfyllig. Oljig, tropisk frukt, after eight och gula äpplen. Rivig textur och lång i smaken. Kommer köpa mer.

As I see this wine isn't over 9 points I think "how dare they!" That being said with perfect food and temperature this wine opened the night and really stuck out (I had 6 Italians and this killed, even over the '99 chiavennesca). Has that neutral ripe acid note that's fatty like Napa Chard, but the flavors and aroma and body are heaven for me.

Baked apricot, baked pears, ripe peaches, macadamia nuts, wax, tapioca ok? I think it gets bonus points psychologically for feeling like the upcoming fall season.

Citriusy. sweet but short finish.

Золотистый красивый цвет. Ароматы насыщенные и богатые тонами цитрусовых цукатов, корки хлеба, пряностей и специй, немного бисквита. Во вкусе сочная и плотная текстура плавно переходит в продолжительное и пряно-сладковатое послевкусие с ярко выраженным тоном дубовой бочки, сливочного масла, джемового конфитюра!

Fruit, mineral, faint sweetness and nice finish
