Day 1 very muted both nose and palate, day 2 it shined. Still young, but the fruit really come through and shows amazing varietal character. This is gonna be awesome in 5 years.

Enough dark fruit to make this accessible now despite the tannins. Probably best served with some beef or fatty foods to play off the tannins.

This baby has a lot of life left. There are still quite a bit of tannins present however with some air its approachable. It has some meat and smoke on the palate with plenty of blue and black fruit underneath.

One of two bottles I have; a beauty! Deep, lush, floral, bacon, iron, currant; huge tannic structure but approachable and delicious now. Popped in anticipation of our upcoming visit and tasting at Bedrock Vineyard.
