Good weight and structure. The fruit was a tad bit hidden.

Clean. Refreshing. Young. Almost sparkling but not. This will give you a palate of grapefruit, light citrus. And young flowers. Visually clean and light. Bedrock offers just so much. Thank you guys. Another taste is lavender.

STAVES OF WAIDHOFEN!..it's just so much more fun to scream that name (in a german accent). On day 1 the oak is way up front. When using some of the worlds greatest barrels it's no surprise that you want them to be highlighted in the wine, but at this early stage the oak is dominant. Lemongrass, citrus, plenty of minerality. This needs a few years for the oak to integrate and it will really be something special.

Fresh and tasty. Don't hold onto this wine as it is ready to drink.

Big like a kiwi SB, but w/o the cloyness & cat pee. Even with the foreign oak it is of a place -- Sonoma.

Lovely News Years traditional Pennsylvania Dutch meal of pork sausage, sauerkraut, and creamy mashed potatoes….and Morgan’s barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc is rocking. Bone dry, fragrant, and medium weight stone fruit with impressive balance. Lively acidity with a deft touch on the oak…this wine is a near perfect match with the pork snd carb fest. Happy New Years Vinous posters.

Bright citrus and grapefruit, tropical fruits, mineral, discreet oak. Don’t drink much SB but this is 🔥 and a great QPR

Very light gold. Tropical fruit, a little fresh cut grass. Good acidity, oily body. Medium finish.
