Drinks on our roof began with this Sauv Blanc. Bedrock are one of my favorite producers and this simple yet elegant, classically styled white went down very nicely.

Morgan's Sauv Blanc moves away from a single vineyard source this year and it benefits greatly. More depth and complexity than previous vintages - lemongrass, grapefuit, and loads of acidity. This was actually better on night 2.
