Why is Long Island not growing more Viognier? This is wonderfully balanced with all the aromatic charm of stone fruit and lychee without being overly concentrated on the palate. Fruity with good body, but with great salty minerality and freshness. North Fork needs to use their climate to their advantage making more wines like this.

Jan 7th, 2021Not exactly textbook Viognier, but it has the weight, volume, and aromatic charms you’d expect—on a tighter frame. A bit more restrained and fruit-forward.
