Blend of 84% Cab Sauv, 4% Syrah, 4% Petite Sirah, 3% Merlot, 2% Touriga Nacional, 2% Cab Franc and 1% Charbono. Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruit, cedar and floral spice. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, black cherry and currants with complex spice showing notes of cacao, cinnamon and rich vanilla oak. Fine soft tannins, nice mouthfeel, great balance with acidity, long finish, ending with oak, herb and mineral notes. Nice!

So I opened this a few nights ago, it was okay. I didn’t get a chance to have any more until tonight. Wow! Very fruit forward and silky smooth. I’m really enjoying this on a chilly Florida evening! 😜 (56 degrees) cheers!

I have always enjoyed this Old World Style BV Cabernet! Nice dark berries and chocolate but what I love is the tar, pencil lead and graphite on midpalate a really nice integration of flavors! Not a big Napa Cab..just really pleasing for a tough vintage! PnP on this!

Strong purple color, both in the glass and on my teeth afterwards, vibrant bouquet of berry fruit on the nose, modest spice and hint of pepper, leather, Could still use some time on the shelf but it went well with the gnocchi and short ribs.
