Château Magnol Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois Red Bordeaux Blend

Everything a great Bordeaux should be. Nose of cocoa, dark red fruit, spice. Nice balance of acid and tannins. Shoe leather, blackberry, and blueberry. Would drink again.

Delightful. 49% merlot, 45% cab sauv, little petit verdot, and cab franc to round it out. Smells and tastes like cab but drinks a little more smoothly and cleaner with that merlot. Really like it cause its all the cab I like without the part I am less a fan of.

Wine is dark red. On nose i had blackcurrants, sour cherry, pepper, cheedar. On palate, its dominated with round tannin and alcohol despite its 13.5%. Mid palate i got the fresh and young berries, ended with low acidity. The wine is half merlot, 43% carb sav, and the rest are carb franc and petit verdot. Enjoy now! Cheers!!
