Right out of bottle: Dark ruby color; tight fruity nose; undeveloped and unbalanced taste with medium body and bitter finish. Second glass after 1h airing: better; more focused and fruits more exposed. Needs lots of airing.

A little sour to start. Flattened out after 20 min. Very easy to drink afterward. Light. Good for fish
