Mordecai Proprietary Red Blend

Bright, earthy, spicy, red berries. Good amount of acidity gives it an uplifting tang… with little to no tannin structure. Makes it a great sipper, but the acidity also held up to lamb rogan josh… a tall order for any wine!

This is a big, fruity brawler.

Red-dark fruit, smooth and just the right amount of chewy. Goes down *too easy*.
