Dark cherry, blackberry, plum, a hint of spice, soft tannins - very smooth drinking. Enjoyed with grilled chicken with carmelized mushrooms & onions in a pomodoro sauce - yum.

Give this adequate air and it becomes quite different. Cherries, licorice, spice. Great foil to multiple pasta courses (bolognese, short rib ravioli, sausage rigatoni)

Well rounded and smooth. Can pick up the berry flavor but it's not overpowering- can still be paired with many meals. Perfect crowd pleaser for a dinner!
