Centine Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Blend of 70% Picotendro (local Nebbiolo), Neyret, Cornalin & Fumin, Ruby with aromas lively fruit, floral and spice. On the palate flavors of red berry fruits with earthy herb spice. Medium finish, fine tannins, generous acidity ending with fruit and spice.

Dark Ruby red color with aromas of simple black fruit. On the palate flavors of black fruit with simple spice and floral notes. Apparent grippy tannins, short finish ending with fruit and spice.

I was excited about this blend but disappointed. Cab Sauv, Merlot & Sangiovese. It’s lacking in fruit. It’s very earthy and light bodied. Not impressed with this one 🙁 Update - gets better as I go!

Very boozey first sip, but after that the taste is filled with slight cherry notes and nutty/woodsy aroma. Paired this with an arrabbiata pasta and it went well.

Better than expected. Overpaid for it at restaurant but would buy at Total Wine for low cost cab blend.

Let it breath. Picked it up by chance at a good wine store. Enjoyed it and will buy it again.

Pretty heavy on the mint... plum, cedar, Ludens. I hoped for more from the BANFI name, but this was ok. It didn't help that I had it after sushi. This wine needs red meat.

12/2025. Smooth, easy to drink. Good color. Nice week night wine.

Lite fruit, smooth almost too thin. We both enjoyed it, will buy again, wouldn’t over pay for it
