Bottle age was kind to this basic Banfi BdM. Brambly, dark flowers, pipe tobacco. Rich and almost creamy sour cherry on a beautiful backbone of oak tannins, sweet fig paste and leathery earth.

Really solid. Dark berry, sage and smoky aromas. Gorgeously balanced and lingering on the palate. Long finish without being tannic. Lovely!
