Sep 7th, 2019Bought to pair with vegetable lasagna and a giallo. Worked out well. Tastes exactly like you want a Chianti to taste. Dark fruit but still good dryness. Touch of black tea.

Medium ruby color, with some purple tints. Red cherry aroma with a little earthiness. Something like wild boar saucisson aromas. Medium minus body and not very characterful. Bright acidity and fine med minus tannin. 8.6
