Still tannic but big fruit. Good balance though needs years. Earth and black fruit. Tannins need 5 to 20 more years to soften. Short finish.

透明感はありながらも、ドルチェットにありがちな水っぽさはなく、変なヴェジーな感じもなく、ミントやレーズンのような風味。
ジューシーながらも緻密な味わい。

少しお高めのドルチェット。
ドルチェットらしくゆるく、バラっぽい香りもあるんだけど、旨味がしっかりあって、なかなかいい。
グラスはブルゴーニュ。
トンナートはもちろん、冷奴にもあった。

16+ perfect everyday wine. Great dark cherry fruit, good acidity.

Perfumed nose of rose petals and fresh cranberries. A bit rounder than most Dolcetto wines with red fruit offset by typical dusty notes. Slightly tannic and herbaceous on the finish (but in a good way). About as good as Dolcetto gets.

Much better than I thought. Medium bodied, nice structure and a very enjoyable sour cherry and chalky thing going on. A bit pricey for an everyday red but well made.
