Zibibbo In Pithos

Lighter than the 2021. Still terrific.

Pretty aromatics, lush grapefruit pith, and somehow weightless yet broad texture.

White pepper, orange blossom, orange bitters, earl grey, pear. Cidery. Silky texture. Fine bitter-tannin finish. Medium-low acidity. Missing that acidity. Very pleasant. Better on night 2.

Straw. Pear drop, lychee, oily petroleum, white flowers, and earl grey. Moderate alcohol and acidity with phenolic bitterness on the finish.

Gorgeous yellow stoned fruit, lychee, ripe orange. A core of sweetness without being sweet. Gorgeous. Made in smoothies and all very natural.

Lychee, rose, honey, citrus, orange blossom, almond, and spices. Bright acidity.

Orange zest, salinity, and flowers. Skin fermented. This was the Zibibbo in Pithos, not what Delectable identified the wine as. Very good.
