Broad, textured and with great cheesey nuance. Solid backbone of acidity lends great structure. Pepe-esque for a lot less.

Beautiful Pecorino from Abruzzo. Light & easy to enjoy with plenty of floral notes with some mild tropical fruit on the palate. Love this live version of this once in a lifetime collaboration as well. Seems like Vega & Chilton we’re loving every minute of this.
