Salty. Squishy citrus, lemon curd. Great acidity.
Kind of Burgundian.

Enticing lemon, grapefruit aromas with touch of almond. Slightly sweeter on the finish than expected with pink grapefruit carrying through. A touch short and difficult to match to food - aromatically too bitter for fragrant spice but finish-wise too sweet for fish etc.

Broad, textured and with great cheesey nuance. Solid backbone of acidity lends great structure. Pepe-esque for a lot less.

Jul 7th, 2017Brine, sea salt, lemon curd, hints of almond. Worked nicely in and paired with a shrimp pasta dish. Could be more harmonious but a good value.
