Intense jasmine, peach nectar. Sweet and tart, light, and easy on the palate.

Pigato is apparently vermentino’s freckled twin ... doesn’t taste like it though. This tastes like a vermentino with a Pinot Grigio costume on. Muted floral essence. Citrus. Sharp. Crisp. I like.

2014 vintage. Fresh, limes and sea air. Superb with pesto. Medium body and positive acidity.

Fresh acidity, medium bodied, on the floral herbal side, with slight stone fruit. Great with light creamy pastas.

Nice little pigato - a fairly simple, but fun, Italian grape. Light and mineral with not a lot of fruit but plenty of acidity, and pure salinity on the nose, this really shines when paired with food (first spicy Thai noodles, later sharp cheddar - both delicious pairings)
