Amazing what a week later after Coravin and some air can do. Acidity preservation at its best. The wine is longer, with deeper aromas and flavor. Front to back of the palate this is complete where it was not initially when first opened a week ago. #barbera

Delicious barbers with good breadth and depth-my favorite element is an almost maraschino cherry fruit note on the palate and finish. Seems to be traditional production with slightly purer/riper fruit

Brambly berries out of the bottle. It has that soft Barbera touch but not without interest. Delicious!
