Still very young but very good. Opens up into a beautifully perfumed nose of crushed flowers (Violet) cocoa, red cherry and subtle truffle. Starts light and then really fleshes out towards the back. Really delicious. Steak florentine here we come

Too old... it took a while to get the wood smell out... the astringency also went with air... after that it was quite nice and worth of a 9.1 rating but the first impression turned me off... I should have drunk this one 5 years ago 😒
