It is Rich and tropical, yet it stays very fresh and focused on the palate. Impressive New World Chardonnay.

13' Ayoub Dundee Hills Chardonnay. light golden in color. Old world nose. The palate is full of Orange Blossom, pear, wet stone. Nice weight in the mouth. A little spice & acidity that washes clean. It's going to taste even better in 6/12 months. This quality...at this price😘. I also want to thank my good friend Tim for this bottle.

Survey says: not all Chardonnay? Has a very aromatic white/maybe Muscat or Viognier nose. Enjoyable, pleasing, but not my idea of a Dundee Chard.

The best yet I've tasted from Mo in Chardonnay. Lightly tropical with mango notes yet with zero opulence on the palate. Its harmony surprises. For those who love Chardonnay & those who left it behind...yet that appreciate complexity & nuance.

First time shown, In bottle 5 days. Hard to tell what this #wine from @ayoubwines will bring. #bottleshockinglygood

Tasted only 5 days after bottling, but seems to be on its way to being a very enjoyable Chard.

Totally different than the other few we opened. Solid, not so sure on the RS anymore, good stuff.

Very nice Chardonnay. Nice notes of citrus and mineral. Nice rich texture with minimal to no oak influence. That Mo makes some good juice.

Best at 54℉ to allow this complex chardonnay to be fully expressed. Any colder would be a disservice. Pleasent honeydew melon, mandarin orange, hints of lychee fruit and granny smith apple finish.

Elegant and light. Just the way I like my Chardonnay. Not a lot of oak.
