Eola - Amity Hills, Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA

Purple in color with a wide reddish/ purplish rim. Pretty color.
Fruity nose of plums, cherries, spices, light earth, herbs, dark chocolates and black pepper.
Medium plus in body, creamy and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, light oak, chocolates and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Pinot Noir from Williamette Valley in Oregon. Smooth and fruit forward. Complex, spicy and interesting.
Feels more like a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already very approachable.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is tangy and easy drinking. Good right out of the bottle, soft and elegant.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were fermented with wild yeast, and aged in (30% new) French Oak barrels for 12 months.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Some funk on pnp, blew off after an hour, wish I would have given this a loooong decant. Blackberry, chocolate, savory, really interesting wine. Bet this is gonna rock further down the road. Killed a baby here.

Fantastic balanced Pinot from a great spot in Bend, Oregon if you’re passing through for any reason, distant tannins and stone fruits.
