The most ethereal and delicate Syrah I've ever tasted, like a papier-mâché version. Sassafras root, green olive, sea salt, underbrush, peppered jerky, and damp gravel, with the essence of plum and blackberry. Acid-laden with no makeup, full-frontal Syrah.

At a good place. The Hudson usually does not rank as my fave A-R syrah, but the time in bottle works here.
