This is really nice but wish it was 20 instead of 30 bones. Tastes like a solid table wine with stone, cherries, some darker fruits, herbal qualities. More game and dark fruit side of Gamsky than light/floral.

Nose of perfectly candied bing cherry. Darkens in tone slightly and becomes lace on the palate. Boop and it’s gone.
