A complex effort, fruit from 10 vineyards across the appellation, no other winery does that with Nebbiolo, watercolor design on label portrays the shape of these vineyard sites. Ruby with rich bouquet of fruit, spices, leather, and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and ripe raspberry with notes of cinnamon and tobacco. Long finish, nice balance with fine dusty tannins ending with fruit and smoky earthy notes. Enjoyable, will get better!

Aug 17th, 20222015 vintage was excellent. So balanced and true to form. This was one of the better Barolos in this price bracket I’ve had.

Tight at first pour, young and stretchy. Great color, medium burn. Early tannin finish. Excellent nose!

A Barolo without the wait! Drinks very well off the shelf with zingy cherry, dust-covered leather, and an inoffensive amount of anise. Strong value

2021 vintage. Last tasted 2.11.26 (8.9). This has picked up serious steam in the last 6 months as it was tasted under similar circumstances. Medium body. Spicy, acidic intro that softened (somewhat) after contemplation. Earth, acidity, fruit, tannins, tar, tobacco...some "pop" for those that want some grip but not too frightening for Barolo newbs. 8.26.26.
