Still very young with a very reserved nose of iron, ketchup and beef bouillon. Great acidic punch and nicely integrated tannins leading to a moderate finish. Punches above its weight.

Boring... But yeah, a solid cooking wine. Just make sure to use most of it in the sauce, not in the cook.
