Apr 10th, 2018Screaming hot alcohol. Even after several-hour decant. Way ripe. Bought a few years ago at a tasting at the vineyard and I don't recall it tasting like this. Hoping the 2nd half the bottle is more reasonable tomorrow from the fridge. // much better on day 3 cool from fridge. Chewy and powerful and still too ripe for me but Infinitely more drinkable. // best on day 4, chilled, with a pizza.
