Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Pleasant Pinot. Oregon style restrained.

Sharpish and bossy like the Lorax, but not sure it speaks for the trees.

Pale, savory, with mineral inflected toasty oak and crunchy red fruit notes. Drinking great now.

Stunning nose - cherry, strawberry, vanilla, dark and brooding. A little boozy, but delicious.

Enjoying this with one who helped make it. Fun stuff. Possibly semi-cooked through bad storage. Still drinking quite well. Baked cherry pie with a floral, rose like perfume. Extremely well balanced @ 14* alcohol. No heat to speak of.

Smoky, nutty, strawberry, dried rose.

Strait ahead OR Pinot Noir, hint on rooty/beets and plenty on red fruits. Well balanced, though not very concentrated.

Eh. The 2009 blows this out of the water.

For best value wine in the press I expected more. Thin, watery, maybe slightly cooked, cherry.

Tastes like water.
