Just amazing value Sonoma Coast Chard by @bansheewines. This 2014 shows somewhat great similarity of Chablis minerality, crushed seashell bomb with yellow apple, pear, lemon cake, apricots and white flowers. Matched great with Korean spicy food. Moreau-Naudet Vaillons 1er Cru 2010. The next day definitely open up and hugged me with masculine power but silky, somewhat soft on the palate, lemon candy, minerality like seashore breeze, wet chalky stones showed very well! I love this wine and again compared to Defaix, this wine is more powerfully structured for sure. Hope I can try more if I can get hand on it. — 4 years ago
