Sometimes you just need to pull a good bottle after a long day. Drinking nicely, however I feel this has passed its apogee, and is slowly beginning a decline. Does not have the structure and stuffing the Rutherford or Oakville bottlings have to go the distance. That said, this is smooth as silk, elegant and complex, with all the layers you'd expect.
