Enjoyed our last full day at the resort, and we topped it off with another visit to Seven Glaciers. The food, the wine, the views...stellar!

Didn't know any sparkling wine was coming out of Oregon, so I was very curious to try. I believe this is $30-40/bottle normally, which seems right. Rush of bubbles, larger "fizz" feel, mainly brioche and green apple tart. Solid showing!

Baked yellow apple, pumpkinseed, smoky biscuit, buttered gourd, zucchini blossom and saline oak define a subtle aromatic interplay.
