Nuthouse Master Series Eola - Amity Hills Riesling

Rev the engines (not your Tesla though!). “Petrol” for sure and a nice acidity and citrusy fruit.

Thought it might be Mosel Riesling when I tasted it blind because of the diesel nose. Incredibly bone-dry and acidic. I prefer my Rieslings to start a bit sweeter and end dry, tbh.

Not too sweet; which is great.
