12’ Archery Summit Arcus Estate.

Drinking it out of an old Robert Mondavi Waterford Pinot Noir glass. Had to of purchased it over 20 years ago. Had two, broke one. Now it’s Zalto Burg glasses. Getting old!

Wasn’t showing as well or year ago. A short 20 minute decanting & it’s ready!

Color Dark ruby(through to the edge)
Palate-Glowing core of black currant, plum, floral notes. Structured acidity to the bitter end. Excellent depth & a long finish . 10 great years in it.

Another send home. Beautiful, deep bouquet of spicy plum cake, black cherries, and cola, lingering with hints of peppercorn, Cala lilies, and sun-baked Autumn leaves. Velvety with sexy tannins, it glides onto the palate with black currants and creme de cassis, giving way to ripe black cherries and purple plums, and finishing with dark chocolate and licorice. A lovely surprise.

Inspired by the remarkable growing conditions provided by the Willamette Valley, Archery Summit has received an international reputation that is among the finest of new world Pinot Noir. Ruby with blue fruit aromas adding some wood and complex spice notes. On the palate blueberry and plum flavors with pepper and cedar notes. Nice mouthfeel, savory silky tannins giving way to a lingering finish ending with some sweet cinnamon tones. Aging nicely.
