Savory notes of salami with a great crispness after it came out if the freezer.

I prefer the 16 over the 15. Acid is in check, great aperitif.

Soft and round. White peaches on the nose. On the palette, it lacks the tension and acidity that I like to experience. Neutral oak treatment. Subtle mineral expression. I prefer it above the rosé. Great for a summers day.

15' Archery Summit Ab Ovo Pinot Gris. A floral, citrusy, CRAYONS on the nose. The palate is full of lemon, melon, honeysuckle, stone. The acidity & minerality is wound tightly throughout the glass. Very well balanced wine.

Usually with a Oregon Pinot Gris I get sharp fruit flavors. Not this… Rounder fruits. Pairing nicely with my Ahi tuna appetizer. I want to thank
@Shawn G. Rose for generously giving me this bottle. Thanks buddy!

Nice way to ease into the weekend on this hot Texas day. Honeysuckle, lemon curd on the nose. Fresh, bright on the mid palate flashing tangerine, lemon rind and melon with acidity that tugs on your checks. Long spicy finish with white pepper and a hint of soy. Magnificent finish, wow!

Hard to rate as drinking a btl that was open for a while with a vacuum saver. Still not bad- smooth pear & apple with some aftertaste of maybe sweeter fruit. Sure it would have been better when fresh.

Got sent home with this tonight! Traditional Willamette Valley Pinot Gris nose with fresh-squeezed lemons and limes, green Bartlett pear and Gala apples, and hints of fresh cantaloupe melon. Bright on initial entry, ripe limes unfolding into a juicy green apples and clover honey. Balanced weight without being sappy. Great acidity throughout and long finish!

First time I've had this and it won't be the last. Surprising depth for a Pinot Gris. Well rounded and refreshing, like a barrel-aged Negroni.
