Crisp. Clean. Bright and uplifting. The ‘20 is very good. I preferred the ‘19 which was very similar without the bite at the finish.

May 31st, 2021We’ve not come across a better U.S. producer of this varietal. At $25 per, it’s a thrilling experience. Subtle sweetness of zesty fruits effortlessly combine with a hint of salinity. So distinctive and unique. White wine lovers take note...

Oct 7th, 2019First stop on our MD trip this year was to Aperture Cellars in downtown Healdsburg.
@Delectable Wine this is actually the Chenin Blanc from Clarksburg.
First of the wines we tried at Aperture Cellars with Lauren. Clear and pale lemon yellow with a hint of green. Clean and fresh nose with light stone fruits and white flowers. Crisp acidity (7/10) with a light plus body. Layered palate with green apples, underripe melon and yellow stone fruits. Long finish and great value. Drink till 2022.
Tasted at the tasting room and retails for $25.00.

May 28th, 2018Just lovely balance, residual sweetness and bouquet. There are more complex Chenins, but few this well put together.
