Very strange, but the first thing came to mind of this indigenous Greek varietal was soap. Then came the white fruits such as apply and peach. Slightly perfumed and floral. Medium body and medium acidity. I much prefer Assyrtiko.

Quite a lot of untamed sulphur coming through, but otherwise a pleasant enough acidic expression. True.

Fuller than an assyrtiko. But still light. Cyndie says honeysuckle. Sweeter than normal. Hard to have a lot but nice for summer
