Big bold wine with grippy tannins and tongue numbing acidity

Blackberry, cassis, raspberry, mossy earth, licorice, oak and hints of eucalyptus. Great structure and well-integrated tannins.

Black fruit, bramble, graphite, earth and acid. Great mountain fruit.

Thanksgiving dinner 2020 was a good enough reason to open this cabernet we’ve been aging for 2+ years. Perfectly paired with prime rib, notes of blackberries and tobacco.
