Not the most complex but it worked really well for dinner for a group with a range of preferences. Crisp but the touch of chard gives it a bit of body. Good value, enjoyed by the group, I’ll take it.

Mid gold, smooth peachskin fuzz on nose, dry, good acidity, creamy stone fruit, apricots. A fine mouthful.
Made by a good Soave producer who blends local Garganega with some Chardonnay and Sauvigon hence its IGT classification as the latter 2 varieties not allowed in Soave DOC.

More depth than expected -- gargantua mixed with chard and SB. Unexpected character.

Saved my last bottle of this to share with my grandfather, whose father emigrated from Arzignano just after WWI, which is about 10 miles from Soave.

Creamy soave with a hint of Sauvignon blanc flowers and stone fruit. It makes the Sauvignon quite bearable while adding an interesting layer to what could have been a boring soave. It's a wine made for those who appreciate subtle nuances.
