Not the most complex but it worked really well for dinner for a group with a range of preferences. Crisp but the touch of chard gives it a bit of body. Good value, enjoyed by the group, I’ll take it.

Mid gold, smooth peachskin fuzz on nose, dry, good acidity, creamy stone fruit, apricots. A fine mouthful. Made by a good Soave producer who blends local Garganega with some Chardonnay and Sauvigon hence its IGT classification as the latter 2 varieties not allowed in Soave DOC.

Creamy soave with a hint of Sauvignon blanc flowers and stone fruit. It makes the Sauvignon quite bearable while adding an interesting layer to what could have been a boring soave. It's a wine made for those who appreciate subtle nuances.
