Le Sa Vient D'où? White Blend

Tart and showed orange rind and salinity. Liked a lot with aged comte. Fun to drink but a bottle for two may be too much.

This one is made with Savagnin, Viognier, Picpoul, Clairette, Grenache and Riesling from multiple vintages! Some were macerated, some were « sous voile » and some on lees! Natural, indigenous yeast and unfiltered!
not my sip of wine.
Orange zest, ginger, peach, lactic and slightly tannic.
what does this wine means? it's just an expensive game

Consistent notes. Quite a puzzle.

More a traditional white blend than the other cuvées. Still some skins but in the background. Halibut tacos. NV

Saline, tart, orange rind - delicious and refreshing. Wonderful!

Ganevat going a bit too commercial... not sure how to describe this ... certain aspects felt too forced ... still good juice
