Central Coast Pinot Noir

Ruby with aromas of red fruits and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with notes of oak and earthy herbs. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with spicy cedar and fruit.

I don’t usually drink Pinot Noir but this paired great with homemade ricotta meatballs with sauce and pasta. A little peppery at first but after a short decant the plum and cherry really comes out.

It was wonderfully smooth and worked very well with a pork butt dinner even though not a normal pairing. No bite and wonderful flavor balance. A definite repeat purchase.

Decent Pinot from Central Coast.

Decent.

Easy to drink and worth the price. Does not feel “watery” on tongue.

Light body sweet berry notes and smooth finish. Went good with smores by the campfire.

Fresh, fruity , unoaked but had decent depth. Low tannin but dry

It was on the sweeter side. A little bit more expensive that I thought it was worth (around $22)
