Ruby with aromas of red fruits and subtle floral spice, aged in French oak (20% new), Chehalem Mountain fruit. On the palate flavors of sour cherry and raspberry flavors with tea and earthy tones. Medium-bodied, firm tannins, balanced, short finish ending with earthy spice notes. Nothing exciting, ok, but others better at similar price!

Light ruby hue. Lively bouquet of red fruit (cherry and raspberry), with additional aromas of bergamot, earthy, graphite, plum, sage, smoke, vanilla. Medium-light body, with soft, silky tannins and high acidity. Minerals, mushroom, and sour cherry on the palate. Steady, medium-length finish. Fresh and elegant even at 8 years; and well worth cellaring in the long term.
