This is overrated by Luís Gutierrez of #robertparker He gave it 90 and while it is a clean wine, it is very simplistic and has coarse tannins. I agree with everyone here that it should be drunk young and chilled and preferably from a “bota” or “porrón” straight shot into your mouth. A great wine with charcuterie and picnic style. #castillayleón #castillayleon #castilla #spain #biodynamic

A Tempranillo based wine from the Toro region made to be drunk young. Aromas of flowers and spices. Cooked strawberry, rose petal, leather, baking spice and earthy flavors. Neutral oak. Big enough, but light enough to chill and enjoy on a hot day. Not your typical Spanish Red.

Dusty dusty cellar smells..

First taste is grape Nehi soda, with tingly, lively acidity, and a burst of menthol at the finish.

This should be saved for a hot summer day. Not a cold autumn eve.

Undrinkable. Tastes like paint thinner. Harsh tannins and nothing else.

Clean black fruits aroma, medium tannin with soft texture. Great wine for the money.
