One of the members nailed it with “Sweet and Tart”. I’ll expand; The nose was awesome with sugared strawberries. As this breathed it transitions to FRESH NIBS with mineral oil at end. The front end flavour delivered the Strawberry then just a hint of Allspice and finish was very light unfortunately no terroir only tartness of cranberry. Accompanied by Cedar planked Lemon dill Salmon, charred yellow pepper with green beans & new potatoes in butter🍷
