Very subtle oak if any on the nose. Nice, steely notes of apple, lemon peel, and some stone. Crisp wine. Has a little viscosity on the palate but still quite precise. Better than I expected. Has some old world tendencies. Nice to see sub 14% ABV, even if there’s a little play there...

Oak hits initially but fades with air. Peach cobbler, pear, and dried apple. Hints of sea breeze and gravel. Balanced mouth feel, green tea, underripe green apple and green pear notes on the palate. Finish over delivers at the price point. There’s oak here, but this leans towards a Burgundian feel.

Really smooth and light with some oak. Light melon and lemon flavor, maybe a bit mango.
