It's bubble time:
Last time me and the missus had some champagne was a decade ago. We were a new couple spending nye in anatalia, Turkey on a last minute deal. To impress her I went to the lobby and purchased a bottle of moet for 4 times the price of this champers. She tasted and found it sour, and I ended drinking it by myself.
For 2018 it's quite different : a baby and a kid and us quite tired with no chance to make it to 2019 countdown.
Transparent (obviously) greenish straw with strong small bubbles 👁️
Lemon first then apple, pear, peach and some grass 👃
High acidity, tart and green 👄
Medium 🎯
Cheap champagne has it's costs.
Nothing wrong with it but complex it is not.
Happy new year and let's hope 2019 will bring a flashier one :)
If u must have champagne and tight on the budget go with that. Otherwise get better bubbles for the same price from the new world. (180 nis but I got half price as I bought more wine in bulk)
