Terroir Series Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Ruby color with aromas of dark red fruits, forest floor notes and herb spice, barrel-aged 10 months in French oak. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with leather, pepper, tea and herb spice. Fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and earthy character. Nice!

Jello served separately for the kids. Not a wine pairing!

This review is after pulling this bottle from fridge after being argon gassed with Wine2Pro for 9 days.

Result. Super fruity and as if it barely had oxygen. Nice a smooth with red raspberries a a hint of strawberry. Delicious

Cinnamon and flat cola. Pleasant and enjoyable.

So good with perfect subtle fruit and low acid
