Excellent Blanc de noir, table wine made of #CabernetSauvignon #BdN. Ripe blushing fruits, apricot, white peachy and a hint of pink grapefruit. Texturally fairly rich but good underlying acidity as well. Good alternative to unoaked Chardonnay with home-grown carrot and semolina dumpling soup.

Delightful and crisp blanc de Cabernet--white wine made from red Cabernet Sauvignon grapes--bright acidity, citrus forward, slight minerality, vivid notes of passion fruit, overall definitely worth a detour from our staple of Sauvignon blancs
