Excellent Blanc de noir, table wine made of #CabernetSauvignon#BdN. Ripe blushing fruits, apricot, white peachy and a hint of pink grapefruit. Texturally fairly rich but good underlying acidity as well. Good alternative to unoaked Chardonnay with home-grown carrot and semolina dumpling soup. — 8 years ago
