Jan 7th, 2018Lovely deep gold color with a touch of caramel. Viscous mouthfeel with complex citrus fruits and some acidity to cut through the meals spice. Wish I could do it better justice since it was so good but I tasted this after the spicy sauce! Thanks Jeff.
