Heady nose of butterscotch, brioche and pear galette. A high note of lemon zest gives some lift to this very decadent sparkler. Very full and round in the mouth. Burnt sugar, caramel and toast with enough vibrant acidity interlaced throughout to keep it lively. Medium plus finish with a subtle and unexpected note of gardenia and ginger. Drinking well now.
