So nice to go back over 30 years. Acidity basically gone but still has beautiful fruit. Drink up but you'll really enjoy it if you love aged Burgundy.

Deep, dark red. Brooding, youthfully medicinal aromas of red cherry, dark berries, mocha and cocoa powder. Dense and tactile, with dark cherry, raspberry and spice flavors showing enough sweetness to support the wine's salty minerality. Finishes sappy, energetic, precise and very long, with substantial ripe tannins in need of cellaring. (Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2017)

2007's are really showing well and this is no different. HN makes such a beautiful RSV. Elegant, feminine and begging for food. Bravo.
